VEGAN FISH CROQUETTES

For many years, Prodservis's main line of work was importing ingredients for the meat and dairy industries. But the growing demand for vegan products has opened up new prospects for our development and shown us the way forward. Following these trends, our technologists have developed recipes for new vegan products.

We are pleased to introduce our product – VEGAN FISH CROQUETTES.

In its finished form, the fish croquette is an elongated product that imitates fish fingers or an oblong cutlet (like a Kyiv cutlet), coated in a crispy breading mix and deep-fried.

The Vegan Fish Croquette has the aroma and delicate structure typical of fish products. The taste is traditionally fishy, slightly sweet with a light note of shrimp. It has a distinctly crispy crust.

The Vegan Fish Croquettes withstand various types of heat treatment without deformation: deep-frying, cooking in the oven or in a frying pan. When reheated, the density and "bite" of the product increase, and it still stays juicy.

You can use our croquettes in home and commercial settings. Fish Croquettes can be the main dish on your table. Serve them with a side dish, vegetables and sauce, or use them in fish burgers or panini – an inexperienced consumer will find it hard to tell our croquette from a real fish burger.

The product can be stored chilled or frozen and can be defrosted without loss of its basic characteristics. It is entirely plant-based and contains an optimal level of protein, cereals, dried vegetables and fibre. It has a very low calorie count – only 173 kcal per 100 g of the finished product. The product contains no colourants, phosphates or flavour enhancers.
