Development of a vegetarian cutlet for the Ekolavka brand

The production of "alternative meat" of non-animal origin, which will not differ in taste from ordinary meat and will have the same properties, is attracting more and more attention. Leading Silicon Valley start-ups offer people the chance to enjoy "clean meat", the creation of which requires neither killing animals nor polluting the environment. But questions arise as to what can be considered meat at all.

Scientists are trying to preserve the appearance and taste of meat while abandoning its animal origin. There are several reasons for this: on the one hand, ethical concerns about killing animals; on the other, concern for the environment. Agriculture usually uses large land resources and causes greenhouse gas emissions, which in turn are linked to global warming.

Some companies make so-called "meat 2.0" from plant components, while others grow it in laboratories. Both types of companies have already managed to attract millions of dollars in investment.

For our part, we offer our customers technologist consultation, ingredient selection and full technological support for launching new products in your range.
