German technologist: what to produce tomorrow?

We have talked a lot about this conversation in parts. We published individual quotes and discussed trends, the tastes of different markets and new product ideas. And now we are finally releasing it in full.

"German technologist: what to produce tomorrow?" is an interview with Ivan Serov, Development Director at Prodservis, and Stefan Füller, a representative of Beck Gewürze & Additive, who works with 14 international markets and has 34 years of experience in the field of spices.

They talked about what Stefan sees today in European production facilities and on shelves, why a universal "European taste" does not exist, how to test new products without unnecessary risk, and why a successful recipe from one market should not be automatically transferred to another.

The conversation also covers meat snacks, sous-vide products, convenient ready-meal formats, high-protein products, solutions for air fryers, R&D, small test batches and Ukrainian supermarkets, which Stefan called "a paradise".

And the main question was put right on the cover: what to produce tomorrow?

The video will not give a ready-made name for a single "product of the future". Instead, it offers a much more useful conversation about where a manufacturer should look for new opportunities and how to tell a promising product idea from yet another trend.

The full interview is already on the Prodservis YouTube channel.
