Description

CARFOSEL 900 phosphate is a blend of food phosphates from the Belgian manufacturer Prayon for making emulsions and brines for injecting meat products, and for preparing dry functional blends. It is widely used as an emulsifying salt in the production of processed cheeses and condensed milk.

For the production of sausages and various types of minced meat. Injection of meat products for a gain of 20–30% on the weight of the raw material;

In processed cheeses, they ensure even melting and brittleness, as well as a mild taste in the mouth;

Dissolves excellently even in ice-cold water, leaving less than 0.1% insoluble residue;

Emulsion: brings the viscosity of the meat batter to medium values, gives products sufficient firmness, ensures a high yield of finished products and makes their colour richer;
