Description

A functional system designed for making imitation back fat, firm emulsions and heat-stable meat granules.

Dosage:

  • for firming mince – 5–10 g of FATFIX per 1 kg of mince;
  • for a heat-stable emulsion – 1 kg of FATFIX : 2.5 kg of pork fat : 2.5 kg of vegetable oil : 20 kg of water (1:5:20).
