Description
The DI-PROX K 023 BIOPROX starter culture is used for kefir production.
Product features
- The blend of cultures is intended for direct vat set (DVS) use.
- Composition: Lactococcus lactis subsp lactis and var diacetylactis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus and kefir grain microflora
- Strains obtained from kefir grains provide the characteristic kefir taste and low gas production.
- Rotation culture: DI-PROX K 013.
- Dosage: 1.5 to 3 UA per 100 l of milk.

- The culture’s storage life is 1 year at +4°C and 24 months at -18°C.
