Description

The protective culture P 83 from the well-known food additive manufacturer BIOPROX is added directly to milk to make sour cream, yoghurts, tvorog (quark) and various types of cheese. The product is high-quality, certified and in huge demand among dairy businesses.

Advantages of using BIOPROX P 83

  • Acts as biological protection for dairy products.
  • Used in the production of sour cream, tvorog, quark, Cottage cheese, and all types of yoghurt and cheese.
  • It is highly effective and has no effect on additional post-acidification.
  • Suppresses harmful microflora (various yeasts and moulds), enabling the producer to extend the shelf life of products.
  • The starter culture is based on pure cultures (dry, concentrated), is intended for direct vat set (DVS) use and allows a ‘preservative-free’ label.
  • For best results, we recommend adding 4 doz per 100 l of milk.
  • Packaging: 40 doses per sachet.
  • Contains no GMOs; the product and ingredients have not been ionised.
  • Keeps in the original sachet for 2 years at -18 degrees and 1 year at +4°C.
